T1 Welcomes New Additions To The Team


After been overwhelmed with applications to join Titan One, We would like to welcome 3 new members to the team. 

Nicholas Buchanan & Callum Wilson join as Football Consultants, Nicholas will cover Northern & The Republic of Ireland with Callum operating across Scotland. 

Matthew Kyle joins T1 as a Video Analyst focusing in particular on the Spanish and wider European market where he has extensive knowledge and contacts. 

All 3 guys demonstrated a huge amount of passion and hunger to join Titan One and we look forward to working with them.

The role of the consultant includes:

Sourcing Transfers & Loans

The role is Part Time initially & commission only, It would work around your existing employment with a view to full time paid employment.

We are open to any location across the UK.

Whilst a Football background is desirable its not essential and full training & mentoring will be given. Any interested candidates should email Brett Norman on with your CV and a covering email as to your interest/background in Football.

Carlos Silva Joins Wisla Krakow


Titan One Sports client Jean Carlos Silva has moved from Granada to Polish giants Wisla Krakow. 

Jean (23) a former Brazil under 20 international and Real Madrid youth player is a tricky winger with great technical abilities. 

Michael Milewski and his team in Poland have done a tremendous job in completing this deal for a player with a very bright future.

Yonsian Signs For Salford City


Titan One client Florian Yonsian has signed with ambitious club Salford City.

Florian who was born in the Ivory Coast scored an impressive 25 goals last season for Rochdale under 18’s and made several first team appearances. 

The ‘Class of 92’ owned Salford spotted Florian as a player of interest and then identified him as a top talent as his displays for Rochdale had shown.   

Salford beat off competition from a newly promoted Championship Club to secure their man, who they have high hopes for this season.

Smith Signs For Harrogate Town

Titan One are delighted to announce Will Smith has joined Harrogate Town on a 2 year deal.

The versatile defender joins Harrogate Town from Barnsley FC, where he signed his first professional deal in July 2017, shortly after being named 2015/16 Academy Player of the Year at Oakwell.

The 20-year-old made his senior debut in 2018 in the EFL Trophy having been a regular starter and captain for The Tykes U23 side.

The 2018/19 season saw Smith join National League North side Darlington on loan from December onwards, with the young defender making 14 appearances for The Quakers.

Top Sports Psychologist Joins T1

We are delighted to announce our latest partnership with top sports Psychologist Mateusz Brela.

Mateusz will be a part of  the agency as a Mental Performance Coach for Poland and Eastern Europe. We are really pleased to welcome a coach who is professional, full of passion and who is an expert in his field to the team. 

Mateusz is a born athlete and a passionate coach, For over 20 years, he played football taking first steps in the hometown club, Korona Kielce. When he was 17, Mateusz went to the United States for the first time only to move there several months later. New York City was his new home signing with NY Red bulls youth academy.

His good performances interested local college teams and he decided to commit to Seton Hall based in South Orange, NJ.

A top division 1 college from the Eastern Conference made they made him team captain during the spring of his first year at the club. He was captain for 3 years and was also an example in the classroom maintaining his high GPA every semester.

In 2015, after graduating from college, Mateusz decided to move on and returned to Europe where he signed with the first team at Korona Kielce.

Later on in his career he played in Finland, Sweden and once again in the US. In 2017, he decided to hang up his boots and moved on to learn more in the field of sports psychology. Mateusz noticed one of the aspects holding him back from going higher was his mental game and therefore he started to look for answers, which lead him to where he is today.

He helps athletes discover their inner-self and potential this can separate them from the competition.

Fantastic Five Join Titan One



Titan One Sports are delighted to welcome 5 new additions to the roster. All five are members of the hugely impressive Derby County U18s side. 

Bradley Foster -Theniger (GK) Jaden Charles (Left fullback) , Kornell MacDonald (Right fullback), Eiran Cashin (Centre back), and Jack Stretton (Centre forward).

Jaden Charles- A product of the youth system,  his pace and defensive abilities allow him to make fantastic short and long range passes from the left. A crossing and deadball specialist he has the technical ability to create many assists making him a fantastic modern day full back.

Kornell Macdonald – An explosive right back who has already pushed himself into the under 23 side and will be hoping to follow in the footsteps of Jayden Bogle into the first team. His ability to read the game and his pace allows him to operate and be effective both defensively and going forward. 

Eiran Cashin – A powerful centre back who has been an ever present at the heart of Derby’s defence this year. Strong and powerful his exceptional ariel ability has also allowed him to contribute at the other end of the pitch where he is a regular goalscorer. Eiran is eligible for both the English and Irish national sides.

Jack Stretton- Has 14 goals in 15 games so far this year and has made an appearance for the under 23s. A clever forward with the ability to find space Jack has all the attributes to become a top striker. His exceptional finishing ability allows him to score all types of goals and his burst of pace makes him a danger to opposition defences. 

Brad Foster-Theniger – After starting his career at Stoke City Brad has gone on to establish himself as a regular in the U18s. A huge commanding presence with the agility and reflexes to match he has a great future ahead of him.

We look forward to working with the players and club moving forward to achieve our joint objectives of first team progression.

Pudelko Joins T1


Titan One Sports are delighted to welcome Centre Back David Pudelko to the team.

David Pudelko is a Polish player who was born and raised in Austria. He is a 23 year old talented centre back, who can also cover either fullback positon’s. 

He started playing football for SV Gottsdorf (Youth). Currently he plays for SKU Ertl Glas Amstetten in Austria.

David has had a very good season and many clubs are taking a keen interest in him.

Titan One’s Eastern European director Michal Milewski ” David is someone we have been tracking for a while and we are pleased to finally get his signing over the line,  We feel that with David’s ability and work ethic we can work with him to take his career to the next level”.

Karsten Ayong Signs for Slovakian Super Liga Club


Titan One Sports are delighted to announce that Czech Republic under 20 international Karsten Ayong has signed for Slovakian Super Liga club FC DAC 04 for an undisclosed fee. 

Karsten has been signed as a direct replacement for Vakoun Bayo the Ivorian who was sold to Glasgow Celtic last week.

Ayong was born on 20 January 1998 in Ombessa, Cameroon. At twelve, he and his family moved to Bohemia, where he started playing for Slavia Prague and from 2012 for České Budějovice. 

He went to Příbram, where he had been since 2014,  scoring many goals in the youth teams. In the green jersey he played in the Youth League champions, in the Quarter-final against Benfica he also scored the winner. 

In December 2016, as an 18-year-old he debuted in the Czech top competition, in total earning eleven starts. In the season 2017/18 he contributed six goals to a 2nd place finish in the 2nd division and sealed the return of Pribram to the Premier league. Last autumn he was in the Polish Ekstraklasa, With Piast Gliwice.

“Basty”, as his friends call him, has two starts in the Czech national under 20 year team. An athletic powerful attacker he joins the new teammates tomorrow.

“Karsten is a young player with an interesting past. We have been watching him for a long time and now there is a possibility of his transfer, as the treaty ends in Příbram in the summer. He is a well-built and strong attacker with the ability to hold the ball. In our team he will meet again with a former teammate from Příbram and with the Czech Republic in 20 years Martinom Jedličkom, who, I believe, will help in rapid adaptation to the new environment, “ said Ayong sports director DAC Jan Van Daele.
